I will collect your personal information, including email address, phone number, mailing and home addresses, and (if you choose credit card payments), credit card information. I collect your information through you filling out the intake or contact forms on my website, by email, and in person at the point of sale. I need your information so I can properly contact you, bill you for services, and care for your dog(s).

I implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. Client contact information may be shared with dog care professionals to refer you to their services, if you give express written permission for me to do so. No other client information is shared for any reason. No data is shared with service providers or partners for operational purposes.

All sharing mentioned in this policy excludes mobile opt-in and consent; opt-in information is never shared with anyone for any purpose. Message frequency varies.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations with a notice of 2 weeks or less results in a 20% cancellation fee.

Same-day booking cancellations require a 50% cancellation fee.

Cat Policy:

I am allergic to cats, and sadly I can’t house-sit with cats or in homes where cats have recently lived.

Photo Policy

I may use photos I take of your dog on my website or social media- unless you specifically request I don’t or if there is something identifiable in the photo that is an infringement on your privacy and safety. In this case please just let me know so I can remove it.

Software & Payment Policy

You must have a TimeToPet account to book my services (I will create an account for you and you will receive an email asking you to activate your account). I accept payments exclusively through the TimeToPet portal.
